About ‘Active Parks’

The Active Wellbeing Society (TAWS) look to help communities and individuals increase physical activity in our city parks and improve health and well-being. Between April and October Birmingham residents are able to participate in a wide range of physical activities across our parks. Walks, rambles, cycling, Zumba, Tai Chi, sports, gardening, conservation and bushcraft activities.
