Beyond the Horizon sound it out service

About ‘Beyond the Horizon sound it out service’

Sound It Out' is a drum therapy service. This involves using drums in counselling and workshop settings. Sound It Out is an expression tool for therapeutic practice, using music instead of using words to explore feelings. Young people who would like to go on to counselling can do so after drum therapy, though some young people find that a space for creative expression allows them to address difficult feelings without formal counselling.

This service is part of the organisation called Beyond the Horizon
