BITA pathways services

About ‘BITA pathways services’

We deliver an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) service, which supports people into paid employment through 1-1 individualised coaching, mentoring and unlimited support. We are developing several social enterprises; a soft furnishing textiles business in Digbeth, a production assembly service in Digbeth and a garden centre in Aston, so that we can offer work experience and volunteering opportunities to people who engage with us. We offer a vocational training programme and work to support service users to progress into mainstream education and employment.

This service is part of the organisation called BITA Pathways
