Behavioural Lifestyle changes/health promotion. This is done through 1-2-1 and group based sessions offering support and education around living a positive healthy lifestyle such as healthy eating, stopping smoking, maternal health, chronic diseases and keeping active; areas that impact/improve the mental health and wellbeing of people.
