About ‘Recovery Service’

The recovery service provides a range of activities and courses designed to support people to maintain their independence and self-management abilities. It provides educational and therapuetic groups including: social groups, anxiety and depression coping skills, 5 ways to wellbeing, art groups, relaxation, hearing voices, and eco-therapies.
