About ‘Self Injury Support: Women and Girls’

We are a national charity offering free, emotional support, listening and signposting for girls and women affected by self-injury, including materials for people with learning disabilities. All calls, texts and emails are answered by trained female volunteers. You can talk to us about anything and we won't tell anyone unless you tell us exactly where you are and that you are currently at risk.
